What to Expect

1. Initial Contact- Once you get in touch with us, we will exchange emails/messages/phone calls to begin setting up your service. Getting your job on our schedule is as simple as answering some questions and getting a estimate from us! The easiest way to get an estimate is sending us pictures of your home, so that we can identify potential issues and get a good idea what the job entails!

2. Pricing– Our most common method of pricing is a complete quote. Which means you pay one price for the entire job. This simplifies the process for both you and The Bee. It also allows our team to see your location in its entirety to be sure the job is done efficiently with excellence!

3. Estimate– Depending on the type of job (commercial, residential, industrial, etc…), we most often will give an estimate remotely. We will do our best to confirm the cost and scope of the job before beginning to work. There is a chance that once on site we may see issues not anticipated remotely, this occurrence is rare and we will go over concerns prior to beginning service.

4. Service- Depending on the services that you are receiving, you can anticipate that our team will do its best to be efficient while on site. We will do an excellent job and will strive to tie up as little of your time as possible. While on site, if you have questions or concerns, please ask. As well, at the conclusion of your service, we would love to show you our work to be sure of your satisfaction.

5. Billing– You will receive the estimate prior to service, we will build the estimate off of information we gather from you. Once our team has arrived, they will do a quick inspection of the work to be done and make you aware of any issues they see, and as to whether any changes need to be made to the estimate. Prior to receiving the bill, you will have a chance to review the work. Normally we plan on check or cash, however, a card can be used, it just requires an email upon our return to the office!

6. Returning/Scheduling– Northern Michigan is a big place, and our time is limited. We do our best to group locations near other similar locations to maximize the number of jobs we can accomplish in a day. The advantage to you is that you will have time to look at your schedule before committing to a future time/date with us!
