Referrals– We want you to be rewarded at your next service if your friends mention you when they receive their service. We will reduce the cost of your next future service to bring the discount full circle!

Window Washing Pricing

Below you will see our service categories. But before you get there, we want you to know more about how we price Window Washing.

• Many window washing companies price one of three ways: 1. Per Pane, 2. Per Square Foot 3. Per Hour. While these methods are not bad, our belief is that our free and remote quoting service allows for a better comprehensive quote than formulas that struggle to account for variation. • Variety– Every location is different. So we are not able to charge the same across the board. Storm Windows, French Panes, hard to reach windows, strange shapes, very dirty windows, add on services (such as screens) are all examples of things that drive pricing.
• The Bee believes that a comprehensive quote is the best way to price a job, so that our customers and service team can be sure that everyone is on the same page and no charges come as a surprise.

Standard Service Categories

Complete Residential- This is our flagship program. Homes in this category have their glass cleaned inside/outside twice a year. In the Spring, windows are cleaned, and screens are installed. In the Fall, screens are removed/cleaned/stored and windows are cleaned for winter. The rates will vary depending on the home, but never thinking about struggling with windows and screens has our customers excited!

Residential Window Washing– These are usually one time services for homes that aren’t interested in the “Complete Residential” program. Exterior cleaning only is an option, however, we do not believe that allows us to give you the best possible experience, so we always suggest letting us clean exterior AND interior. This one time service is a great option for customers who are snow birds, or who are using our services for the first time.

Cottage/Cabin Glass– Washing windows at your lake house got you down? We can get your season started right by cleaning your windows and screens before you even come north! We can do a complete cleaning, or just an exterior cleaning, give us a call and we can walk it through!

Commercial Glass Cleaning– Many of our commercial customers desire to be on a regular schedule, whether that is bi-weekly or monthly, we recognize that clean glass says something important about your business and we want to make sure it says excellence.

Residential Route– We have a program available to some of our Residential Customers, allowing them to identify exterior windows that we will clean on a monthly basis for a set rate. Generally these will be windows that get dirty the fastest or that they look through most often. Ask us about this program in person and we can walk you through the details!
